Meet Your Host
Hi, I’m Sarah, a local host based in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. I truly enjoy helping people feel at home when they're away from theirs.
Whether you're visiting for work, visiting family and friends, or a taking relaxing vacation in the beautiful state of Rhode Island, my goal is to make your stay as cozy, comfortable, and enjoyable as possible. Each space is thoughtfully prepared with the essentials (and a few extra touches!!) to help you settle in and feel at home.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To ensure we have enough time to properly clean and prepare the home, we kindly ask that you stick to these times.
If you’d like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please message us through the platform. Depending on availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that during the summer season, flexibility may be limited due to back-to-back bookings.
Do you allow pets?
We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our properties. This helps us maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all our guests.
Do you allow for guests to host parties or special events?
To ensure the comfort of our neighbors and the safety of our guests and homes, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at any of our properties.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer on-site parking at all of our properties. Please refer to the individual listing for specific parking details related to the property you choose to book.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 60 days before your scheduled arrival.
Because many of our properties are highly seasonal and in high demand during the summer, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes or emergencies.
